College Prospects of America – In business since 1986

  1. A custom profile form detailing athletic and academic achievements is designed for the prospect.
  2. A copy of the prospect’s profile is mailed to all colleges that meet the criteria standards for the particular student-athlete. These are the colleges that CPOA determines the prospect will qualify for both academically and athletically. Prospects are not promoted to colleges that CPOA feels the student has no chance of competing at either athletically or academically.
  3. The CPOA Web site lists the prospect’s latest updated profile. Any college in the country may have unrestricted access to this file. The prospect is allowed to update this file at any time.
  4. An evaluation video is produced for the prospect from pre-edited VHS highlight clips and game footage furnished by the prospect. The prospect is provided complete instructions on how to pre-edit the video before it is sent to CPOA.
  5. Financial aid counseling and personal guidance
  6. Financial aid program offered through another company for an additional $795

Collegiate Sports of America – In business since 1999

  1. A personal profile of the prospect is designed outlining the prospect’s achievements and qualifications.
  2. CSA determines which colleges the prospect qualifies for based on specific criteria. A copy of the prospect’s profile is mailed to each one of these colleges. CSA will not promote an athlete to any college that they feel the prospect has no chance to compete at either athletically or academically.
  3. The prospect’s personal profile and update information is entered into CSA’s “Online Prospect Clearinghouse” – this may not be accessed without a personal password.. College coaches may access this database to search for athletes meeting all the criteria that is important to their recruiting needs. They may also view a short video highlight clip online.
  4. CSA e-mails the prospect’s profile and updates to colleges nationwide, alerting them of the prospect’s qualifications and potential for their program.
  5. Subscription to PrepStar Magazine – a football publication.
  6. Financial aid advice.

Recruit – In business since 1996

  1. A personal profile of the prospect is designed outlining the prospect’s achievements and qualifications. The prospect may update this profile at any time.
  2. Recruit determines which colleges the prospect qualifies for and these colleges are contacted, by e-mail, for the prospect 3 times per season. Recruit will not promote a prospect to colleges that they feel the prospect has no chance of competing either athletically or academically.
  3. The prospect’s profile is entered into Recruit’s database which can be accessed online @ www.recruitathletes.com This site requires an assigned personal password.
  4. A highlight video clip is added to the prospect’s profile. This video highlight clip may be viewed online.
  5. Financial aid advice

College Partnership – In business since 1998

  1. Prospect profile designed for the prospect.
  2. Specific colleges are contacted by College Partnership. These are the colleges that they feel the prospect qualifies for. These colleges are sent a copy of the prospect’s profile.
  3. The prospect may update his own file at any time.
  4. An extensive financial aid and college advice program is offered to each prospect.
